Vision and mission

We are a recognised provider of services in the field of spatial data. We create a virtual model of the reality. We provide competitive spatial data services for authorities and business and we ensure growth of the company’s value.

Strategy

GEOXY means specialist level of service in the spatial data area, especially for the audit competences in the field of acquiring, processing and making the spatial data available.

Our goal is to care for the quality of the spatial data, especially when used for business decisions or for actions aimed at protecting property, health and life. We constantly develop our knowledge and abilities, use new technologies and create our own IT solutions helping us in these actions. Everything we do, we do to be able to evaluate the quality and usefulness of spatial data.

Skills

Engineering skills in:

• geodesy and cartography,
• photogrammetry and remote sensing,
• geoinformatics.

Professional licences in the area of geodesy and cartography in the following fields:

1. geodetic mapping/topographic surveys, setting out surveys and inventory surveys,
2. real estate (land) division and distribution and compiling documentation for legal purposes,
3. photogrammetry and remote sensing.

Management skills in project management – PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Competence

Professional spatial data services:

• Acquiring and processing spatial data with the newest technologies, such as: GPS, LIDAR, aerial photos and satellite images,
• construction, modernization and revision of spatial data bases, such as:
  • Land and Property Register (EGiB) – real estate cadastre,
  • The infrastructural network register (GESUT),
  • Topographic Objects Database (BDOT500),
  • Register of Towns, Streets and Addresses (EMUiA),
  • other for the SIP/GIS systems,
• developing, constructing and implementing IT solutions in the field of spatial data services,
• consulting in the range of spatial data services.
